He is an experienced project manager across projects such as pure behavioural change to business simplification to large scale IT implementation.
Andy has a business management degree and spent his early career in BT Global Services. Andy ran his own business (Shoal Consulting), before moving to real time software development company Rockshore where he put into practice his interest in linking technology to customer experiences. He has enhanced and delivered these specialist skills ever since with his growing portfolio of multi-national clients. He has been a Young Enterprise volunteer mentor.
