Whilst our office is based in Leeds, you could be based anywhere in the UK, as our enviable client list spans Europe and beyond. You will however be required to attend team meetings in Leeds. You’ll act as Project Manager on client projects, or on work streams within larger client programmes, with relative autonomy. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects to time, budget and quality expectations
  • Maintaining project controls, project governance and reporting
  • Managing delivery to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Leading operational improvement to deliver significant client value
  • Promoting new business development
  • Supporting recruitment, managing and developing the team as required

To join us at Oakland, you’ll need to be educated to degree level with substantial previous experience as a Business adviser (either internal or client facing). The complex projects you’ll have managed will likely be from one or more of the following areas:

  • Quality strategy development and deployment
  • Operational excellence and improvement (Lean and / Six-Sigma / Business Process Improvement)
  • Data assurance
  • Capability Development
